These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jac3dmodels.com and any services provided by JAC3Dmodels (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By contacting us, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

JAC3Dmodels provides custom 3D models, renderings, animations, and technical visualization services for electronics, semiconductors, PCBs, EVMs, and related systems.

All services are created to order based on information and materials provided by the client. We do not offer stock assets or downloadable libraries.

Quotes and Project Scope

  • All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.

  • Final pricing, scope, timelines, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

  • Any changes to scope after approval may require a revised quote or timeline.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information, files, and requirements

  • Confirm ownership or authorization to use any supplied materials

  • Review deliverables in a timely manner and provide consolidated feedback

Delays in client feedback or missing information may impact delivery timelines.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or invoice.

  • Work may require a deposit or full payment upfront, depending on project scope.

  • Final deliverables may be withheld until payment is received in full.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Revisions

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Reasonable revisions related to the agreed scope are included

  • Revisions that materially change the project direction may incur additional fees

  • Requests outside the original scope will be treated as new work

Intellectual Property
Ownership

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted rights to use the final deliverables for their intended purposes.

  • JAC3Dmodels retains ownership of underlying tools, techniques, workflows, and non-client-specific assets.

Portfolio Use

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JAC3Dmodels may display completed work in portfolios or marketing materials.

  • Confidential or unreleased projects will not be shown without permission.

Confidentiality

We treat client-provided materials and project details as confidential and will not knowingly disclose them to third parties, except as required to complete the work or by law.

Third-Party Materials

Some projects may involve third-party software, file formats, or platforms. JAC3Dmodels is not responsible for limitations or changes introduced by third-party tools or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • JAC3Dmodels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided

Our services are visual and informational in nature and are not a substitute for engineering validation, testing, or certification.

No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy and clarity, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales results, or regulatory approvals resulting from the use of our deliverables.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payment is required for work completed up to the termination date.

​

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
